My name is Sung, and I am a software engineer living in Bentonville, AR. I made this website as a tool to help you create fartlek and interval running workouts. I found these training methods very useful in improving my race time and Vo2 max. I believe that this website will provide value if you train with a group or use a Garmin smartwatch.
